Manga Episode 4 · Radiology Has Entered the Chat
Madame MRI Sees Too Much
The imaging room glows. The scans float. Madame MRI studies one grayscale slice and calmly announces that somebody has feelings near the vending machine.
Filed by the Radiology Desk · Interpreted by Madame MRI · Emotionally disputed by everyone
Front Page Summary
Imaging result: dramatic
Radiology finds the real problem: unresolved subplot.
At 10:04 a.m., Dr. Stat orders a routine scan. At 10:06 a.m., the room lights dim, the monitor hums, and Madame MRI turns toward the staff with the calm expression of a person who already knows the finale.
“The image is clear,” she says, holding up a glowing film. “The patient is fine. The hallway, however, is hiding three secrets, two crushes, and one unauthorized pudding cup.”
Nurse No-Nonsense folds her arms. Intern Panic drops a clipboard. Somewhere, the Chart Goblin whispers, “Enhance.”
“The machine does not judge. Madame MRI absolutely does.”

Cold Open: The Hum
The MRI machine powers up with a sound halfway between medical technology and a haunted copy machine.
The Oracle Appears
Madame MRI steps into the cyan glow, jewelry sparkling, scan films arranged like tarot cards for people with insurance paperwork.
The Scan Is Normal
The patient is fine. This should end the scene. Naturally, it does not.
The Secret Is Visible
Madame MRI notices a reflection in the scan glass: Dr. Stat staring dreamily at the vending machine aisle.
Nurse No-Nonsense Intervenes
She declares that radiology may reveal anatomy, but it will not reveal staff crushes during business hours.
Final Beep
The machine beeps once. Madame MRI smiles. The Chart Goblin runs past with a folder labeled only by dramatic lighting.
After-Credits Clue
The image deepens
Madame MRI saw tomorrow’s lunch special.
In the final scan, a shape appears. Is it a medical artifact? A warning? Or the cafeteria soup returning for revenge? Dr. Stat says, “We need a consult.” Nurse No-Nonsense says, “We need a spoon.”
Evidence Photo
The soup has no official connection to Radiology, which is exactly what the soup wants you to believe.
