The operating room doors open. The lights flare. Surgeon Supreme steps in so dramatically that even the automatic doors consider applauding.
Entrance result: theatrical
At 3:14 p.m., the operating room doors opened at ordinary speed. Surgeon Supreme entered at cinematic speed. These two facts remain under investigation.
“That is not walking,” Dr. Stat says, watching the gown billow under surgical lights. “That is a medical weather event.”
Nurse No-Nonsense folds her arms. Intern Panic drops three consent forms. Somewhere, the Chart Goblin sells imaginary front-row tickets.
Glove snap · light flare · faces safe
The doors open. The lights ignite. A glove snaps so loudly the cafeteria soup stops steaming.
Dr. Stat diagnoses the entrance as “acute confidence with possible lighting complications.”
Nurse No-Nonsense resets the room by saying, “Great entrance. Now wash your hands again.”
For manga buildout
The operating room doors swing open. Everyone gasps. The doors insist they were just doing their job.
Surgeon Supreme enters with a billowing gown, perfect hair, and the confidence of a man who has never lost an argument to a clipboard.
The glove snaps. Intern Panic drops the chart. The Chart Goblin begins charging admission.
Surgeon Supreme says every operation is a team sport. Nurse No-Nonsense reminds him this is not a stadium.
She removes the imaginary fog machine, labels three instruments, and restores gravity to the room.
The team gets to work. The entrance is over. The legend, unfortunately, has just begun.
The lights dim
In the final moment, Surgeon Supreme exits normally. Nobody believes it. Dr. Stat says, “That was suspiciously undramatic.” Nurse No-Nonsense says, “Good. Do it again tomorrow.”
The waiting room hears about the glove snap and reacts as if medicine just got a trailer.
